After intense testimony from former deputy chief of mission in Libya, Gregory Hicks, revealing details about the attack on Benghazi on Sept 11th 2012 that took the life of Ambassador Chris Stevens stating that the call he received from Stevens that day was, “the saddest phone call I’d ever received in my life.” For some the GOP led investigation on what happened in Benghazi is a crusade to get the truth. While for others the issue is splitting hairs about talking points, intended to find a way to find ways to accuse the president or former Secretary of State Clinton of a cover up instead of finding ways to prevent a future attack.
